Hey. My name is Joyce Price. I know you don't know me but I've been thinking about you a lot today.
I've just recently made up a title for myself. I am a
self-tooled behavior philosopher. Doesn't that sound important? Well, I'm not important at all, but I do think. I mentally pontificate. I'm prolific at thinking.
My job is to help people lose weight. I've been very successful at that. Yes I have. Being compulsive about eating myself has been my action-point.
There was a time I couldn't control any kind of food be it regular, which I loved, or diet which I hate to this day. The only way I could stay half way decent looking was by taking diet pills.
I was a mess because when the pills became ineffective or I ate too much anyway even while taking the pills, I gained weight again
. More than I started with. I hate being fat. I love being thin or at least decent looking.
I'm regular just like you are. But one day I came upon some truth. It isn't a stagnant truth. By that I mean it is a growing truth. One that develops and becomes finer as I delve into it.
However, in its simplest form, it plainly states
: Eat Less.
You can lose weight every time you eat. At the end of your day if you eat less of your normal food, you will be smaller tomorrow.
Simplicity. Hmm...
What do you think?
I like this Bible verse:
Make sure the light you think you have is not really darkness.
Luke 11:35
The New Living Translation
